NEED FOR SPEED: THE RUN - Michael Bay Directed Commercial
EA Games brought on Transformers director Michael Bay to direct a commercial for their new car game, Need For Speed: The Run. The commercial was made using only footage from the game, and hot damn the game looks freakin' badass! I've seen stuff for this game before, I even played it at E3 this year, but this new commercial did a great job of selling me even more on it. After watching this trailer, I would love to see Bay direct a video game one day. I doubt it will ever happen, but I'm sure it would be awesome.
The game has a much more epic cinematic feel to it than any of the others. This makes sense since the game has a overarching campaign story. The Run hits stores on November 15th, check out Bay's commercial below and tell us what you think!
Game Overview:
It's called The Run. An illicit, high-stakes race across the country. The only way to get your life back is to be the first from San Francisco to New York. No speed limits. No rules. No allies.
All you have are your driving skills and sheer determination as you battle hundreds of the world's most notorious drivers on the country's most dangerous roads.
In Need for Speed The Run, you'll weave through dense urban centers, rocket down icy mountain passes and navigate narrow canyons at breakneck speeds, all the while evading a relentless police force prepared -- and willing -- to use lethal force to take you down.
