RESIDENT EVIL 6 - Better Save Your Money for the $1,240 Platinum Edition

Yesterday, we all found out that Capcom's Resident Evil 6 was coming a little earlier than planned on October 2nd of this year. Information has now been released regarding the Platinum Edition of the game. What information you ask? Oh how about the fact that it's going to run you $1,240! 

So you are probably wondering if Leon is going to show up at your house for this amount of money. Yea, not so much. What you will get with this special edition is: 

• The special edition copy of the game for XBox 360 or PlayStation 3.
• Four Phone Cases - One for Chris, Leon, Jake, and a special secret case that is yet to be announced.
• A replica jacket based on the same one that Leon wears in the game, made in fine soft leather. Sizes S-XL. 

So it's safe to assume, most of that $1,240 is going towards that lovely replica jacket. Only thing is, this Platinum Edition is only available on Capcom's Japanese eStore, with only 5,000 available. So yea, you better find some money quick, or go play the Mega Millions lottery.
