All of my fellow Star Wars: The Old Republic fans can finally rejoice. The 1.2 Legacy update will be released April 12th! To get ready for this, BioWare has announced that all SWTOR servers will be going offline for 8 hours on this day to apply the major update.
One of the most notable additions to this update is the legacy abilities. Prior to the update, you could rank up in your legacy tree, but it never meant anything. Now when you rank up, you will unlock special abilities and buffs for your entire tree. How cool is that?
In addition to that, users will have some new land and activites to encounter. The Lost Island Flashpoint will be added, as well as the Explosive Conflict Operation and Novare Coast Warzone.
