If you haven't played Batman: Arkham City yet, first I want you to slap yourself, then reevalute what you are doing with your life, and then run out to the nearest store to grab a copy.
The fantastic game that took our favorite caped crusader throughout Gotham City taking down Arkham inmates will hit stores again as Batman: Arkham City, Game of the Year Edition. This will be released on May 29th of this year. What's so new this time around you ask? This new edition will include:
- Catwoman DLC (that was included on Day-One buys)
- Robin DLC Pack
- Nightwing DLC Pack
- Alternate Skins DLC Pack
- Batman: Year One Animated Film
- Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC Pack
The last item was the big reveal of this new edition. Looks like Harley Quinn will be taking it to the Bat for (not going to spoil it big time for those who haven't played it) "putting on some serious hurt" to the Joker during the game. Unlike the Robin and Nightwing packs, this new DLC will be campaign content. That's right people, new chapters to the story!
I simply can not wait until this is released. This game deserved every award it has won, and really set the bar pretty high for superhero games going forward.
