HITMAN: ABSOLUTION - 17 Minutes of Gameplay Full of Murder and New Environments
IO Interactive takes us on a seventeen minute, murder filled adventure as 47 kills and sneaks his way through the "Streets of Hope" level in Hitman:Absolution. It looks like more Hitman, but a refined version of the template that has been established over the years. I am pretty impressed with the environments and how much the player can interact with it. Yo, you can even mess with the radio.
One thing that does bother me is the character models. They don't look sharp and remind me of early gen games. I guess IO had to sacrifice something to make those dynamic streets and bead-curtains!
This video did get me a little more pumped for Absolution and I'm eager to try different things to beat each level. The story involving 47 removing himself from the company is intriguing to me as well, and I like the fact he took the bar-code off. HE JUST WANTS A NORMAL LIFE!
After seeing a solid chunk of the gameplay, are you even more excited to get your hands on Hitman: Absolution?
