Artist Creates Freakishly Real Portraits of SUPER MARIO BROS. and GRAND THEFT AUTO

This has got to be some of the coolest things I've ever seen! Artist Mike Meth has made these freakishly real portraits of Mario from Super Mario Bros., along with Carl "CJ" Johnson from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Niko Bellic from Grand Theft Auto IV. 

If you look at these illustrations quickly you would almost think they are real pictures. The artist adds so many little great touches to the characters right down to Mario's arm hair and Peach tattoo. 

Looking at the Grand Theft Auto pieces and how they are lifelike, makes me think a movie could work based on the GTA games. Who would you have play CJ and Niko?
